Wolwerivier residents can also expect to engage with Human Settlements staff during these visits.

In Lotus River, several City departments will be in attendance to present their services as part of the City's Basket of Services offering.

In all the areas visited this week, the City's Customer Relations Department's mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City in a wide range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries.

'The City's mobile office team has been very effective in resolving long outstanding queries for residents. We are committed to bringing services closer to residents and ask that those who wish to make use of the services to bring along their ID or municipal accounts to help ease the process,' said the City's Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
